2. Main Aim of paper ApJ/328931/ART/20043

By using a highly scholar, Harvard style language, Prof.. Santilli presents in the submitted paper the results of his fifty years of research relevant for cstrophytsics and cosmology essentially consisting of the following main lines:

CONDITIONS OF EXACT VALIDITY OF SPECIAL RELATIVITY. Prof. Santilli confirms the exact validity of Einstein special relativity for the conditions limpidly identified by Einstein in his early writing, namely, forpoint particles and electromagnetic waves propagating in the vacuum (as empty space). This includes the exact validity of special relativity for atomic structures, particles in accelerators, crystals, and numerous additional systems. In particular, Prof. Santilli calls "majestic" the axiomatic structure of special relativity due to the beauty of its mathematical structure (e.g., Lie's theory) and physical conception (e.g, spacetime).

CONDITIONS OF APPROXIMATE VALIDITY OF SPECIAL RELATIVITY. By using vast mathematical, theoretical and experimental evidence, Prof. Santilli has established that special relativity is only approximately valid within transparent physical media due to the alteration of spacetime (called mutation) experimentally verified via alteration in the behavior of the meanlife of unstable particles with speed, the Bose-Einstein correlation, the behavior light and many other systems (HMMC Volumes I and IV). In any case, it is easy to demonstrate the violation of one or the other of Einstein's axioms, e.g., for the dynamics within water, when treated with rigorous mathematics rather than political concepts alone, as generally done for the specific intent of maintaining the validity of special relativity under conditions it was not conceived for or even minimally verified.

CONDITIONS OF INAPPLICABILITY OF SPECIAL RELATIVITY. Prof. Santilli has finally established the complete inapplicability of special relativity for a variety of interior physical conditions existing in the universe, such as: Inability to provide a consistent classical description of neutral antimatter (since the only distinction available is that via the sign of the charge, see HMMC, Vol, II); inapplicability for the description of opaque media (classically you have no light thus missing the foundation, and the quantum description is prohibited by the No Reduction Theorems, see HMMC, Volumes I and III); inapplicability for the description of energy releasing processes (special relativity was conceived by Einstein to be structurally reversible over time because the intended systems were reversible, while all energy releasing processes are irreversible); Inapplicability for the synthesis of neutrons from protons and electrons inside stars, with consequential inapplicability for all interior astrophysical problems (because that synthesis requires 0.782 MeV, thus existing from the class of unitary equivalence of relativistic quantum mechanics. see HMMC Vol. IV); incompatibility with thermodynamical laws; and several other cases

It should be noted that Prof. Santilli insists in the use of the word "inapplicability" and considers the word "violation" as unethical because Einstein did not conceive this theory for the conditions considered. This is typically the case of antimatter that had not yet been discovered in 1905. The extension of the applicability of special relativity to antimatter has not been done by Einstein, but by Einstein followers for personal gains, resulting in one of the biggest scientific obscurantisms of the 20th century in which matter was treated at all levels, from Newton to Second quantization, while antimatter was solely treated in second quantization, an obscurantisk resolved by Prof. Santilli with his studies

Thanks to the indicated DOE support, when at the Department of Mathematics of Harvard University Prof. Santilli, a physicist, first worked out a structural generalization of the mathematics underlying special relativity, resulting in new mathematics today known as Santilli isotopic, genotopic and hyperstructural mathematics for matter and their isoduals for antimatter for the description of matter systems that are reversible nonhamiltonian, irreversible nonhamiltonian, and irreversible multi[-valued, respectively, with isoduals for corresponding antimatter systems. These new mathematics are characterized by a generalization of the trivial unit 1 of the base field into a generally integro-differential operators, called Santilli iso-, geno-, and hyper-units for matter and their isoduals for antimatter with corresponding generalized fields, hence, a corresponding generalization of the entire mathematics used in 20th century astrophysics and cosmology.

Thanks to the discovery of his new mathematics, Prof. Santilli has then achieved structural generalizations of special relativity today known as Santilli iso-, geno- and hyper-relativities for matter and their isodual for antimatter defined on corresponding spaces and fields for the quantitative description of a dramatically broader class of systems compared to the rather limited capability of special relativity. In particular, to avoid the presumptuous illusion of knowledge, one should have a technical understanding of the fact that Santilli relativities coincide at the abstract level with special relativity, and merely provide broader realizations of Einstein's axioms. As Prof. Santilli puts it: Rather than abusing the name of Albert Einstein, the best way to honor his memory is to enlarge the representational capabilities of his axioms via the use of the appropriate mathematics.

The reader without knowledge of these discoveries should know that the above generalizations of special relativity are based on structural generalizations of the Lorentz and Poincare' symmetries today known as Lorentz-Poincare'-Santilli (LPS) iso-, geno- and hyper symmetries for matter and their isodual for antimatter for the characterization of classical and operator dynamics within matter media with a structure that are: single value, reversible and nonhamiltonian; single-valued, irreversible and nonhamiltonian; and multi-valued, irreversible and nonhamiltonian, respectively, and that, when the dynamics returns in vacuum, Santilli generalized units recover the trivial unit 1 of Einstein ian doctrines, and special relativity is recovered identically and uniquely.

Again to avoid the presumoptuous illusion of knowledge, one should know that Prof. Santilli discoveries have been established experimentally in all quantitative sciences, including classical physics, particle physics, nuclear physics, superconductivity, chemistry, biology, astrophysics and cosmology (see HMMC Volumes I, II,. III, IV, V with a summary available in Chapter 6 of New Sciences for a New Era: Mathematical, Physical and Chemical Discoveries of Ruggero Maria Santilli, A. O. E. Animalu, R. Cloonan and D. Gandzha, to appear. It should be stressed that these experimental verifications have been published in refereed journals around the world and, therefore, they constitute the scientific reality at this moment, and their dismissals can only have scientific value in case published in refereed journals.

3. Experimental verification of paper ApJ/328931/ART/20043

Thanks to the technical assistance by some of the most advanced U. S. laser companies, Prof. Santilli has achieved the experimental verification of a new behavior of light today known as Santilli isoredshift, referred to a shift toward the red of light when propagating within a transparent physical medium without any relative motion between the source, the medium and the detector. Due to evident interactions. we merely have a loss of energy E = hv to the medium with consequential decrease of the frequency.

A reason requesting this public notice is that paper ApJ/328931/ART/20043 presents the first historical measurements of Santilli isoredshift realized with the passing of a blue laser light in a 60' long tube when with air at 2,000 psi pressure and at atmospheric pressure, showing a first reading of approximately 1/2 nm isoredshift. Lack of publication of this historical event in The Astrophysical Journal, besides causing vasty loss of credibility, causes also the loss of a priority date on which the Journal must assume full responsibility.

At any rate, Santilli isoredshift has been confirmed by numerous additional measurements as well as independently confirmed in Europe, it is under additional run in other countries, and it is today an experimental reality until disproved, not via personal beliefs, but via counter-experiments. To separate serious science from academic politics, Prof. Santilli has invited all "qualified" colleagues, experts in accurate measurements of wavelength, to repeat the test at his Isoredshift Testing Station, .

Readers should be aware that Santilli's isoredshift does not come out of the blue sky, but it is rigoroudly derived from primitive mathematical axioms and has been proved to be "directly universal," that is, inclusive of all possible alternative formulations (universality) directly in the frame of the experimenter (direct universality). By summarizing Prof. Santilli's decades of research in a nutshell, we can say that:

1) Rigorously proved theorems have established the impossibility of a consistent reduction of macroscopic interior dynamical problems (e.g., a spaceship during re-entry in our atmosphere) to nice point particles all in conservative conditions nicely verifying Einstein relativities, thus establishing that the nonlinear, nonlocal and nonhamiltonian interactions of our macroscopic world originate at the ultimate level of nature, that of extended particles within hyperdense media (mutual penetration of the peripheral atomic orbitals of the spaceship during re-entry with the orbitals of our atmosphere, resulting in the most general known, irreversible, integro-differential possible and nonhamiltonian interactions at the particle level);

2) Prof. Santilli's isotopic, genotopic and hyperstructural methods (for matter) provide the only known mathematically rigorous formulation of said nonlinear, nonlocal and nonhamiltonian interactions that is invariant over time, that is characterizing the same numerical values under the same conditions at different times (other 20th century attempts have been proved to verify the Theorems of Catastrophic Mathematical and Physical Inconsistencies of Noncanonical and Nonunitary Theories (see HMMC, Vol. I);

3) Occurrences 1) and 2) uniquely and unambiguously characterize the new LPS isosymmetry whose peculiar feature is that of characterizing a non-null shift for null velocities (Santilli isoredshift), as well as lack of infinity for speeds c within physical, media).

In short, any conceptual dismissal of the existence of Santilli isoredshift without counter-measurements as well as the dismissal of vast collateral literature over fifty years of research, is purely political and completely disqualifying.

The serious scholar outside political concoctions should keep in mind that the experimental verification of Santilli isoredshift is only "one" among a vast number of additional independent experimental verifications in classical physics, particle physics, nuclear physics, superconductivity, chemistry, biology, astrophysics and cosmology (for a summary with original publications available in free pdf download, one can inspect Chapter 5 of New Sciences for a New Era: Mathematical, Physical and Chemical Discoveries of Ruggero Maria Santilli, by A. O. E. Animalu, R. Cloonan and D. Gandzha). Therefore, the sole dismissal of Santilli isoredshift, without the joint dismissal of a vast body of additional evidence, will only provide the illusion of maintaining special relativity under conditions it was not conceived for and never tested, with consequential evident disqualification and loss of credibility.

4. Implications for astrophysics and cosmology of paper ApJ/328931/ART/20043

it is evident that Prof. Santilli's studies characterize a new era in astrophysics and cosmology in which personal theologies one way or another are replaced by very rigorous mathematical treatments followed by experimental verifications on Earth along the teaching of Galileo Galilei.

As it is well known to experts in the field, the universe expansion, "dark matter," "dark energy" and other theologies existing in contemporary astrophysics and cosmology were studiously conceived to maintain the exact validity of special relativity under conditions for which it was not conceived and never experimentally verified. Once the limitations of special relativity are admitted, as it is the fate for all physical theories, a number of necessary revisions of current theologies follow, among which we quote:

I) The return to the steady state cosmology since intergalactic space is not empty, but a physical medium. As a consequence, light experiences an experimentally verified isoredshift merely given by the loss of energy E = hv to the medium, with resulting cosmological background radiation, without any need of any expansion (in first approximation, excluding local modest motions of galaxies). In any case, the conduction of serious science, particularly when done under public financial support, requires the admission of the very serious flaws suffered by the "big ban g" conjecture, such as: the necessary return to Middle Ages with Earth at the center of the universe with the hypothetical "big bang" occurred in our galactic environmental; the absence of an enormous galactic vacuum that should exist in our galactic environment following the "big bang"; violation of Einstein general relativity since the speed of galaxies increases with the distance against the expected gravitational attraction, and other basic flaws (when at Harvard, Prof. Santilli indicated these flaws to Prof. S. Weinberg then also at Harvard);

2) The elimination of "dark matter" since the interior of galaxies is not empty space as necessary for the exact validity of special relativity, but it is given by a transparent physical medium with radially decreasing density thus verifying Prof. Santilli covering isorelativity, in which case the anomalous dynamical behavior of stars (evidently derived from their anomalous redshift) is reduced to a radially decreasing of Santilli isoredshift. At any rate, supporters of "dark matter," particularly when under publics financial support, should admit the basic flaws of their theology now known the world over: if "dark matter" is uniformly distributed, it provides no gravitational or other measurable effect. Consequently, to adapt the dynamics of galaxies to Einsteinian theories, "dark matter" must be placed ahead or behind a star, in which case the dynamics of the next star is goner banana, thus existing the boundary of serious science.

3) The elimination of "dark energy" because the LPS isosymmetry for the interior of black holes, quasars and stars admits speeds C much bigger than c without divergencies or acausal behavior, with consequential energy equivalence of the universe E = mC2 much bigger than the conventionally used value E = mc2. Again, supporters of the "dark energy" conjecture, particularly when under public support, should also admit that, in the event "dark matter" is uniformly distributed throughout the universe (as it is the case for the ether as a universal substratum), it has no measurable effect. Hence, to verify Einstein doctrines, "dark matter" must be nicely distributed where needed for one galaxy, thus existing science. Additionally, theologist in "dark energy" to qualify as serious scholars, should admit its ultimate motivation now known the world oiver: maintain the validity of special relativity also in the interior of black holes where the collapse of conventional physical laws is well known, thus exiting again the boundary of science in favor of its manipulation for personal gains.

The new era in astrophysics and cosmology initiated by Prof. Santilli new sciences also includes aspects not treated in this public notice (or in the submitted paper). For instance, the obscurantism indicated early on antimatter has caused the suppression for one century of the very birth of antimatter astrophysics. The rather widespread, but studiously unspoken, posturing in astrophysics and cosmology is that "neutral antimatter galaxies cannot be even minimally described by Einstein special and general relativities and, therefore, antimatter galaxies do not exist."

In reality, Prof. Santilli has proved that the sole quantitative (rather than political conceptual) interpretation of the 1927 Tunguska explosion in Siberia is that it was caused by an antimatter asteroid originating from a far away galaxy (because of the lack of any crater or residue on the ground despite an immense flattening and devastation). The obscurantism caused by Einstein follower in antimatter is quickly unmasked by additional evidence, such as flashes in the dark side of the upper atmosphere repeatedly reported by astronauts and cosmonauts that can be solely interpreted as antimatter cosmic rays (that cannot possibly reach our ground level) and numerous other events disqualifying the current political posturing in astrophysics and cosmology.

Thanks to his discoveries, Prof. Santilli has resolved these scientific imbalances via a new theory of antimatter, Santilli isodual theory, representing antimatter at all levels, from isodual Newton to isodual second quantization. In particular, Prof. Santilli has initiated the identification of possible means for distinguishing experimentally a matter from an antimatter galaxy, e.g., via the isodual photon (that emitted by antimatter star) that can be indeed experimentally distinguished from the matter photon via neutron interferometry and other available technologies. For all these reasons, Prof. santilli is today recognized as the initiator of antimatter astrophysics and cosmology thus illustrating again the beginning of a new era in the field based on Galileo's teaching of serious quantitative studies rather than the ongoing political theologies (see HMMC Vol. II).

5. Ethan Vishniac general misconduct as editor in chief of The Astrophysical Journal< br>

Following a unanimous vote, the International Committee on Scientific Ethics and Accountability has decided to upload this open denunciation of editorial misconduct by Prof. Ethan T. Vishniac (hereon "Vishniac") in his capacity of editor in chief of The Astrophysical Journal for the following main reasons (see next section for detailed reasons):

1) A fundamental ethical rule fully adopted by serious scientific journals is that technical papers have to be reviewed by "qualified referees," that is,, scholars with a record of publications, specifically, in the field of the paper. For instance, a serious editor would never think of sending a paper on general relativity to a physicist who has never head anything on the Riemannian geometry. Having himself over thirty years of Editorial experience, Prof. Santilli included in his letter the suggestion as possible reviewers a list of very reputable scientists from Israel to USA, Italy, Sweden, etc. Vishniac violated this basic rules of editorial ethics because he elected to conduct the review himself while having clearly no knowledge on the new mathematics, let alone the new physics underlying the submitted paper.

2) Another basic ethnical rule for the review of technical papers by serious scientific journals is that technical arguments have to be dismissed with technical counter-arguments. As shown in the next section, Prof. Vishniac dismissed Prof. Santilli's new mathematics and physics with pure hand waving and personal theologies, therefore perpetrating a second act of ethical misconduct.

3) A third fundamental ethical rule for reviews by serious journals is that experiments can solely be dismissed by counter-experiments, and their dismissal by personal theologies is scientific beliefs. Vishniac dismissed the historical experiment on Santilli's isoredshift via personal theologies and superficial observations, thus perpetrating a third unethical misconduct in his action as editor in chief of the Astrophysical Journal.

More disturbing for observers, and very damaging to all editors as well as for the AAS and the IoP, is the great propaganda in the website of the Astrophysical Journal regarding Professional and ethical standards for the AAS journals without any restriction, allusion or indication whatsoever of the ethical rules to be followed by the editors, a gross deficiency establishing the lack of scientific democracty at the Astrophysical Journal..


6. Ethan T. Vishniac detailed misconduct as editor in chief of The Astrophysical Journal< br>

In his "review" of Prof. Santilli's paper dated November 2, 2009 and entitled Final decision for Astrophysical Journal - ApJ/328931/ART/20043, reproduced in its entirety in the Appendix below, Vishniac states

this manuscript is not publishable, nor would any conceivable revision be publishable in The Astrophysical Journal. This opening statement mandated this open denunciation of editorial misconduct at The Astrophysical Journal with the widest possible international propagation since such an opening statement de facto implies that Vishniac is acting against the stated goals and standard of IoP journals.

Prof. Santilli presents in the submitted paper a beautiful conceptual, theoretical and experimental representation of the transition of the color of the sky, from the blue everywhere during the day, to the predominant red at Sunset and Sunrise and shows that the sole known numerical representation of this evidence is the absorption of red light by the atmosphere and the isoredshift of the blue light at Sunset and Sunrise. Particularly crushing is the difference pointed out by Prof. Santilli that at Sunset we move away from the Sun at 1,200 Km/h, while at Sunrise we move toward the Sun. First year graduate student calculations via relativistic quantum scattering theories establish beyond "credible" doubt that, in the event special relativity were exactly valid within Earth' atmosphere, Sunset should be dark red, but Sunrise should be dark blue. Then, by prorating the numerical value of his measured isoredshift to the conditions of Sunset and Sunrise, Prof. Santilli achieves the first known numerical representation in scientific history of the 200 nm needed to shift the blue light at the horizon during the day to the red light at Sunset and Sunrise. Vishniac rejects this beautiful analysis despite its huge astrophysical and cosmological implications, with the statement

The theoretical discussion preceding the description of the experiment seems to show a failure to account for even fairly simple observations. I list a few examples below. The list is not meant to be exhaustive.

The color shift in seen during sunrise and sunset is a shift in color, but not in the frequencies of the emitted light. That is, absorption and emission lines seen in the radiation from the Sun do not differ with the Sun's position on the sky, regardless of the color of the image. Relativity, of any flavor, clearly has nothing to do with the red color of the Sun when it is near the horizon.

How can we have a"shift in color without a shift in frequency??? Clearly Vishniac is passing to hyperbolic hyperbolas for the intent of preserving Einsteinian doctrines within physical media. Unless properly corrected by the Scientific Editors, the Managing Editor, the AAS and the IoP, removed the Astrophysics Journal from the list of serious journals because the editor in chief dismisses the first exact numerical representation of the color of our atmosphere in scientific history with completely personal hand-waving deprived of any scientific content, thus confirming the original posture as an editor in chief whose primary purpose is to protect organized interested on Einsteinian doctrines under conditions for which they were not conceived for, and never verified. Additionally, Vishniac states

Similarly, the measured frequencies of emission and absorption lines from distant astronomical objects do not vary with their zenith angle.

This is a serious manipulation of scientific evidence proffered in the expectation that recipients are ignorant. The serious editorial processing would require the quotation of a publication in a refereed journal establishing that star light at the horizon has the same redshift as that at the zenith. This publication does not exist. Actually evidence under collection by the Foundation establishes that the evidence is exactly the opposite as that stated by V, namely, light from distance galaxies does indeed experience the Santilli isoredshift in the transition from the Zenith to the horizon. Additionally, Vishniac states

The redshift seen in cosmologically distant objects is not merely a redshift, but also a time dilation, as can be seen in the luminosity curve of distant supernovae.

This statement is the climax of the confirmation that, acting as editor in chief of The Astrophysical Journal, Vishniac intends to maintains Einsteinian doctrines via the illusion of academic power and credibility, while in reality Vishniac has lost them all. in fact, it is known by insiders that the personal; theology proffered above was concocted, again, for the specific intent of maintaining the validity of Einsteinian doctrines under conditions they were not conceived for and never tested. In any case, the political character of the above theology is unmasked experimentally by Santilli isoredshift. Vishniac additionally states
The purported detection of a redshift in the experimental apparatus would amount to a colossal redshift for even moderately distant astronomical objects if it were independent of the column density of material

This statement can only be qualified as a colossal editorial misconduct by the editor in chief of Th Astrophysical Journal because Prof. Santilli obtained 1/2 nm isoredshift following transition in a 60' long pipe a 2,000 psi. By comparison a first year graduate student can compute that the prorated value for intergalactic medium would be extremely small due to its extremely small energy density.Additional the statement proves that Vishniac did not even read Prof. Santilli paper and just acted following some mandate, or vague personal opinions that are not becoming to an editor in chief, because Prof. Santilli beautifully consider the cosmological redshift is being due to light passing through light, since light is the biggest energy component in intergalactic space. How can any serious editorial processing compare experimental data on air at 2,000 psi to virtually empty space merely traversed by light and conclude that the cosmological, redshift would be enormous?. Vishniac additionally states

There are independent measures [sic] of the distance of very distant clusters of galaxies (via the Sunyaev-Zeldovich effect) and moderately distant AGN (due to the motion of masers in their accretion disks) which show that our estimates of their distances are substantially correct.

This is a purely political nonscientific statement by the editor in chief of The Astrophysical Journal because he does not states explicitly that the believed "correct" distance of far away galaxies is crucially dependent on the aprioristic assumption of the validity of special relativity, again, under conditions for which it was not conceived and never tested. To achieve a minimal credibility, Vishniac should first provide experimental evidence that special relativity is valid within physical media, beginning with the necessary experimental verification of the constancy of the speed of light within trans[parent media, something that exists only in Vishniac's imagination or intent, but not in serious science.

Prof. Santilli initiates his paper with a section suggesting caution before accepting as final the 20th century complete reduction of light to photons, due to numerous numerous inconsistencies. Again, it is known by experts to qualify as such that the reduction to photons of light propagating within physical media was studiousy conceived, propagated and supported to maintain the validity of Einstein's special relativity under conditions it was not conceived for or verified. In fact, under said reduction, photons nicely propagate in empty space, thus recovering the speed of light and all requirements of special relativity.

Prof. Santilli confirms the reduction of light to photons for the experimentally verifiable aspects, such as the partial dispersal of a light beam propagating though water, but points out that the entire reduction of the light beam to photons is afflicted by numerous inconsistencies, such as: the impossibility of reaching a numerical representation of the angle of refraction (since photons would scatter in all directions at the water surface - first hear graduate student assignment via relativistic scattering theory); the inability to represent numerically the large reduction of the speed of light for about 1/3 (that would require a virtually complete dispersal of the beam - also a first year graduate student assignment); the inability to represent the dependence of the angle of refraction on the frequency (due to the primary particle character of photons as per existing theories); etc.

Additionally, Prof., Santilli indicates that the reduction to photons has no scientific sense for electromagnetic waves with one meter wavelength (that also experience the same behavior in water as visible light) and, above all, the reduction to photons of light propagating in water demands that an extremely big number of photons must pass through an extremely big number of nuclei (an evident necessity to explain the propagation of the beam along a straight line) without any appreciable collisions ! Then, if the reduction of light to photon is not a political conception for personal gains, what else could it be? Ergo, Prof. Santilli position suggesting caution one way or another.

Prof. Santilli has then shown that the achievement of a scientific, that is numerical representation of all features of light propagating within water (refraction, frequency dependence, interference, applicability to all wavelengths, etc.) requires the return to the Maxwellian conception as electromagnetic waves propagating through the ether as a universal substratum, an interpretation that equally applies to photons due to their true structure as wavepackets. In this case, and in this case only, light can indeed propagate through a very large number of nuclei since the wave propagates in the underlying ether. The inevitable consequence is that the speed of light is a local variable C = c/n depending on the characteristic of the medium at hand, with consequential exact validity of the universal LPS isosymmetry. The rest of the paper, including Santilli isoredshift, the elimination of the universe expansion, elimination of "dark matter" and elimination of "dark energy" follow uniquely and unambiguously. By contrast, Vishniac states:

The discussion of the propagation of light in the first section of the paper is written as though the last century of physics never happened and the only choices for the nature of light were waves in the ether or discrete objects.

If this is not large editorial misconduct for personal gains, what else could it be? Certainly this type of editorship cannot be called scientific. because, to be serious, Vishniac should have quoted the publications in refereed journals that resolve Prof. Santilli extremely precise and sound inconsistencies.

Perhaps more condemning are the topics of Prof. Santilli paper in which Vishniac elected to be silent, evidently because he could not even venture hyperbolic hyperbolas. This is the case, e.g., of the only known numerical representation of the large differences in redshift between quasars and their associated galaxies which differences are represented in a numerically exact form via Santilli isoredshift. Quasars and galaxies have dramatically different physical media. Hence, light exits the very large quasar chromospheres already redshifted without relative motion, that is, isoredshifted. That's all. Any editor of The Astrophysical Journal who believes to have a more plausible explanation of Arp's discoveries should release it soon for uploading in this website before the reputation of the journal is lost for ever.

The distressing morale of the case is that The Astrophysical Journal publishes the most farfetched hyperbolic hyperbolas beyond the wildest limits of credibility, when derived from or compatible with special relativity, but the publication of dramatically more plausible hypothesis is suppressed even when confirmed by experiments in the event not aligned with the organized interests on said doctrines.

To prevent a number of evident violations of the law, particularly when operating under public financial support, it is time for responsible journals to stop their blatant, excessively protracted subservience to organized interests on Einsteinian doctrines, and promote instead the laborious process of their experimental confirmation or dismissal for interior dynamical problems at large, beginning with the verification of disproof of the constancy of the speed of light within (the rather small interior subclass of) transparent media, with the clear understanding that the current reduction to photons of light propagating within transparent media may be construed per se a violation of the law when proffered by experts, because political in nature, without a serious quantitative representation of experimental data, and disproved by vast evidence published in refereed journals around the world.

7. Concluding remarks< br>

The International Committee for Scientific Ethics and Accountability (ICSEAA) has no request of any type to the Astrophysical Journal (AJ), its affiliate American Astronomical Society (AAS) and its publisher, the British Institute of Physics (IoP), because the ICSEAA has fulfilled its ethical, scientific and social duty with the uploading of this public denunciation. Per their own election, the AJ, and/or the AAS and/or the IoP may:

=> Elect to continue the suppression of undesired advances in scientific knowledge with a continuation of their 20th century illusion of scientific power and credibility no longer realistic in the new 21st century era of open and uncontrollable information; or

=>Elect to implement serious science in the only possible way, with the continued publication of papers politically aligned with organized interests on Einsteinian doctrines, as well as the publication of qualified dissident views but solely under conditions said doctrines were not conceived for and never verified experimentally, their sole scientific dismissal being that via refereed publications.
